Creativity has been a fundamental DNA element for Craft since its inception in 1997. At Craft brewery brewing is considered a form of art and the designer of a unique beer is the archetypical creator, the shaman of a primordial art. The product itself becomes a canvas of expression that inspires creativity as in the recent Craft bottle painting project by young artists. The liquid phase of the beer includes all the inspiration of the creator who “painted” on the earthy canvas of barley wort using hops, the magical ingredient of beer, as “colors.” A creative synthesis of 5 noble European and American hops enhances the abundant body of Greek malts in a balanced, exquisite, and original way just like a masterpiece painting, the ceramic work of an artisan or an improvised Miles Davis trumpet solo.

The intense malt-hops equilibrium in the Hoppy Amber Lager beer makes it ideal to accompany rich and intense rounded flavors such as burgers, steaks, ossobuco, schnitzel, fatty fish such as grilled tuna and salmon as well as traditional favourites such as moussaka, pastitsio, chickpea soup, casserole beef with aubergines, lamb with potatoes in the oven.
