THE NEW ANNIVERSARY NEIPA BEER BREWED BY CRAFT MICROBREWERY AND ANASTASIOU MICROOBREWERY IS NOW AVAILABLE AT LOCAL PUB

The first Greek microbrewery Craft and the Anastasiou microbrewery have reasons to celebrate, and they have joined forces to co-create a superb NEIPA beer to commemorate their anniversaries.

The collaborative beer is a juicy and delightful New England IPA with moderate bitterness and exciting tropical fruit, tangerine, pine, and peach aromas from the use of specialty Idaho 7 hops. We invite you at Local Pub in Chalandri to taste the beer and to join us in our anniversary celebration.

Craft microbrewery had its 25th anniversary last year while Anastasiou microbrewery currently celebrates its 5th anniversary.  During all these years both breweries have contributed substantially to the development of profound beer knowledge and genuine beer culture in Greece. Craft has been in operation since 1997 producing for the first time in Greece, unknown for that time beer types such as Pale ale, Amber ale, IPA, Weiss, Russian Imperial Stout, Hoppy Lager, Red ale etc. and continues to innovate and evolve beer recipes.  The Anastasiou brewery has been very innovative, and it has presented more than 80 novel beer recipes in its 5 years of operation.

Innovation, passion for creativity, love for true beer and the brewing world are some of the characteristics that the two breweries have in common.  However, there is more than that.  Both breweries have the Chalandri area as a common geographical point of reference.  Chalandri has been the birthplace of Craft since it started brewing operations back in 1997 at the Craft brew-restaurant located on Chalandri Central Square.  Fotis Anastasiou, being a teenager at the time, was inspired by the works of the Craft beer masters and founded the Local Pub some years later, and the adjacent Anastasiou microbrewery subsequently, both places being points of reference for beer enthusiasts.  The common passion and love for true beer led the two brewe4ries to join forces and to give birth to the new NEIPA that awaits for you to taste at the Local Pub in Chalandri.
